In this book Joey Atlas shows his clients how to reclaim their lower
body. He identifies the typical problem areas and explains the types of
exercising that is needed to tone those areas. He has put together a
program that he calls Firmetrics. The program uses no exercise
equipment or weights. He used this program to train his female clients.
He has now put that same system into a course that people can use on
over $4000 for his 16 week one on one training program. He took that
same system and put it in a course for people to use without the
requirement that he be involved in person. The program includes 3
manuals with detailed photos of the exercises being taught. This
